Liftweek ("the App") is a gym workout schedule and training tracker developed and published by Pinclave, a brand of NeuraPBX LLC ("Pinclave", "we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how the App handles your information. The short version: we do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers — everything you enter stays on your device. The free version of the App shows a banner ad served by Google, which involves the advertising data described in Section 4.

1. Information we collect

We run no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics of our own. Your training profile (goal, experience level, available days, equipment), your weekly plan, every set you log (weight, reps, effort), rest-timer and reminder preferences, personal records, achievements, and your optional bodyweight and body-fat log are stored only locally on your device and are never sent to us. The App does not read or write Apple Health, Google Fit, or Health Connect data.

2. How your data is stored

Your data lives in the App's local storage on your device. Pinclave runs no servers for your data, so nothing is ever uploaded to or stored by us. The exercise library, muscle-map images, and coaching guidance ship inside the App — they are reference content, not data about you.

Backups are in your hands. Settings › Export creates a backup file of your data and hands it to your device's share sheet; where you send it (your own cloud drive, email, a computer) is your choice and is governed by that service's privacy policy. Importing a backup replaces the data on your device. We never receive a copy.

3. Network use

The App works offline. It touches the network only for advertising in the free version (Section 4) and, if you ever turn it on, the optional online coach below. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device — there are no push-notification servers.

Optional online coach (off by default). The App's coach answers on-device. Under Settings › Online coach you may point the App at a web address of your own (for example a server you run). If you do, the messages you type to the coach are sent to that address — and to nobody else. Pinclave does not operate that endpoint, does not see those messages, and is not responsible for how the service you chose handles them. Leave the setting off to keep everything on your device.

4. Advertising (free version)

The free version of the App shows one banner advertisement, provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC), above the tab bar. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect information from your device, including your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Pinclave does not receive this information and does not combine it with anything you enter in the App — your workouts, body log, and settings are never shared with Google or any advertiser.

Ads are not personalised, on any platform. The App asks Google for non-personalised ads only, so Google chooses ads from context — such as the App itself and your approximate location — rather than from an advertising profile of you. On iPhone and iPad the App does not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) and never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission; its App Store privacy label states that your data is not used to track you. On Android the Google advertising SDK may read the device's Advertising ID for fraud prevention and frequency capping, but the App does not request interest-based ads.

Your choices. Where local law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and some US states), the App shows a consent form before loading any ad, and you can revisit your choice at any time via Settings › Ad privacy options. On Android you can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads. Ads are never shown inside a workout session. Google's handling of advertising data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Ad-free upgrade. We may offer an optional subscription that removes ads. If we do, billing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their privacy policies — we would not receive or store your name, card details, or billing address, only an anonymous confirmation that a valid subscription exists.

5. Notifications and haptics

The daily workout reminder is a local notification generated and scheduled on your device. The App asks for notification permission only to show it, and you can change the time or turn it off in the App's settings or your device settings. Vibration is used for the rest timer and set completion and can be switched off under Settings › Haptics.

6. Health information

The App is a training log, not a medical device, and it does not connect to any health platform. The weights, reps, bodyweight, and body-fat figures you choose to enter are stored only on your device, as described in Section 2, and are never transmitted to us or used for advertising.

7. Children's privacy

The App is intended for adults and older teenagers who train in a gym, and it collects nothing from anyone.

8. Your choices and rights

We hold none of your data. You can edit or delete any workout, set, or body-log entry inside the App, and you can remove everything with Settings › Reset all data, by clearing the App's data, or by uninstalling it. Advertising choices are described in Section 4.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
